How to Locate Your Access Account Number and Invoices
If you need to find your Access account number or locate your invoices, follow the steps below. This guide provides clear instructions to help you access the required information quickly.
Locating Your Access Account Number
Your Access account number is a unique identifier formatted as three letters followed by three numbers (e.g., ABC123). It is typically found on your invoices in the top-right corner. If you do not have a physical copy of your invoice, you can retrieve it online: In some contexts, this may also be referred to as your account.
Log in to your account portal using your username and password. This could be the MyAccess, depending on your subscription type.
Navigate to the Billing or Invoices section.
Open any invoice to find your account number displayed in the top-right corner.
Accessing Your Invoices
To view or download your invoices and credit notes, follow these steps:
Log in to the MyAccess.
Navigate to the Bills & Payments section.
From here, you can access your account’s invoices and credit notes.
