Bills & Payments improvements in MyAccess

An overview of the Bills & Payments area in MyAccess, including new features and steps to pay an invoice.

The Bills & Payments area in MyAccess makes it simple to review and manage all your invoices, credit notes, and payments in one place. You can access it via your personalised MyAccess dashboard or from the left-hand navigation.

What's new in Bills & Payments

We've improved the Bills & Payments section to help you quickly find what you need and complete key tasks more easily.

You can now:

  • View all invoices and credit notes in a single list.

  • See important details such as invoice date, due date, and payment status.

  • Search for invoices using the reference number or description.

  • Filter by Paid, Unpaid, Overdue, or Queried items.

  • Sort results using any column.

  • Download a customised list using your selected date range.

  • Open an invoice to:

    • See full details.

    • Download the PDF.

    • Raise a finance query.

    • Start a chat with our support team.

    • Pay the invoice via card (eligible customers only).

Once a payment has been made, the invoice status will normally update within 24 hours.

Bills & Payments listing page

The listing page displays all invoices and credit notes on your account, along with:

  • Reference number.

  • Description.

  • Invoice date.

  • Due date.

  • Amount.

  • Payment status.

  • Quick actions such as View or Pay (where eligible).

Bills & Payments detail page

Each invoice or credit note page includes:

  • A downloadable PDF.

  • A summary of key details.

  • Links to ask a question or start a chat.

  • A Pay button for card payments (where eligible).

This page opens when you click View from the main list.

How to Pay an Invoice in MyAccess (eligible customers only)

You can pay an invoice securely using a credit or debit card directly through MyAccess.

To pay an invoice:

  1. Open Bills & Payments from your MyAccess dashboard or left-hand menu.

  2. Locate the invoice you need to pay.

  3. Review the invoice details to ensure you've selected the correct one.

  4. Choose how to proceed:

    • Click Pay directly from the list, or

    • Click View to open the detail page, then click Pay.

  5. A secure payment window will open showing:

    • Access order number.

    • Invoice number.

    • Amount to be paid.

  6. Enter your card details and click Pay with Link.

  7. Payments are processed securely. Your invoice will usually show as Paid in MyAccess within 24 hours.
