The Finance Hub and Finance Hub Help Centre are designed to work together, but they serve different purposes. Understanding the difference will help you find the right information and complete your tasks more efficiently.
What is the Finance Hub?
The Finance Hub is your main platform to carry out financial tasks, such as downloading invoices and account statements, managing renewals, and setting up direct debits. In short, the Finance Hub is where you manage your company’s financial processes.
What is the Finance Hub Help Centre?
The Finance Hub Help Centre is the dedicated area to get support with the Finance Hub. Our knowledge base articles provide step-by-step instructions, explanations of key features, and troubleshooting advice, helping you resolve queries and build confidence in using the Finance Hub. It also includes the Access Digital Assistant, which is available 24/7 to answer questions and guide you through processes. While the Access Digital Assistant can answer most questions, if you need to speak to someone, it'll connect you with a member of the team.
When to use each one
Finance Hub: Use the Finance Hub when you're ready to complete a task, for example, to view an invoice or approve a renewal.
Finance Hub Help Centre: Use the Finance Hub Help Centre when you need guidance on how to perform those tasks, or if you encounter any problems and need step-by-step instructions.
The simplest way to differentiate between the two is that the Finance Hub is where you do the work, while the Finance Hub Help Centre is where you learn how to do it.
